To ensure every client receives the focused attention their situation deserves, we do not offer free consultations. Each matter begins with a paid initial consultation, which can be arranged at our office, virtually, or by phone.

An initial consultation lasts 45 minutes and costs Cg 300, excluding OB (Cg 318, including 6% OB). This applies to both virtual and in-office meetings.

You can choose what works best for you: a meeting at our office in Curaçao or a virtual meeting via WhatsApp or Google Meet. You can easily schedule an appointment through our website at a time that suits you.

During the initial consultation, we discuss your situation, ask targeted questions, and provide an initial assessment. After the meeting, you will have a clearer understanding of your position, and we can determine how best to assist you further.

After the initial consultation, we will discuss the possible next steps and—where possible—the expected costs. These depend on the scope and complexity of the case and any procedural steps if legal proceedings are initiated.

Our hourly rates start from Cg 450, excluding 6% OB and 6% office costs.

Additional expenses, such as court fees or bailiff costs, are charged separately. Before we begin any work, we always require an advance payment.

We have a general civil law practice with a strong focus on three areas:
